If you're a gamer or a Porsche enthusiast then you'll be thrilled to hear the latest news that Porsche of Fremont has to deliver. If, however, you happen to be a gamer and a Porsche enthusiast then you better hold onto your seat because you're about to be floored.
In what we consider to be an extremely wise decision, Turn 10 Studios has decided to include a healthy lineup of new Porsche models for its Forza Motorsport 4 racing game. After all, you absolutely cannot have a speed-racing Xbox 360 game without a bit of Porsche flavor to give it the simulated edge it needs.
Regarding the integration of Porsche vehicles into his latest game, Dan Greenawalt, Director of Turn 10 Studios, notes that the German automaker is seen as part of the "holy trinity of auto brands."1 He notes that these brands "pull in a lot of people. They have prestige around the world."2
Well Dan, Porsche of Fremont couldn't agree with you more. Available via a downloadable content (DLC) expansion pack, a total of 30 Porsche vehicles will virtually make their way onto the Forza Motorsport 4 racetrack. What's more, seven of these prime models will be entirely new to the Forza scene. While the gaming company has not yet revealed what all of these vehicles will be, Greenawalt says that his absolute favorite would have to be the 1973 911 RS.
While waiting for the Forza Motorsport 4 Porsche Expansion Pack to arrive in May, Porsche of Fremont suggests you stop by 5740 Cushing Parkway Fremont, CA 94538 and take a spin in one of our stellar new Porsche models yourself. Perhaps a 2012 Porsche 911 would do the trick? Or even a 2012 Porsche Cayenne? Whichever speedy German automobile you prefer, our dedicated team is happy to help you out.
